Ran the Cabela's loop before kids woke up. Getting stronger and walking less of the hills.

Speed work at Lehi track with MRTT. It was better than I thought, but realized I have no sprint. I'm not sure how to change that.
It's spring break so I talked my girls into running the mile loop in our neighborhood. We completed it in 11:15
Nice easy run with new friends from Mothers Run This town. Four mile loop in west Lehi.
Ran the Cabelas loop with my girls for spring break. Very windy. Had to add walk breaks after first mile to keep the group together. Hope to make runners of them. Was able to complete first mile in 10:45.
