Trying to get out of slow marathon pace each time I run.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep running as long as possible.
Workout with UVTC at art dye park. Ended up being a walk jog more walking than I'd hoped while I stayed with a runner that didn't want to run.
2.6 miles in 41 minutes.
30 minutes of hills. I ran from the school to our crosswalk 5 times. i was very grateful for the breeze. Total distance of 1.5 miles. I have 93 days to prepare for a PR. I have got to improve my cardio.
