Hill repeats at Murdock trail behind Smith's marketplace.  I was pressed for time, so I chose to run the hill 5 times, 4 full length, 1 from midway.

It was hard, but not as hard as I anticipated, hopefully it will make a difference in my overall speed.

Cabela's loop after a long run yesterday.  The outlets hill is much easier.  Still walked Triumph and half of Chapel Ridge. Mile 1-10:19, Mile 2- 13:49, Mile 3-13:40.

I remembered cool down and planks, plank is up to two minutes.
