COMPLETED six marathons
Short-Term Running Goals:
Trying to get out of slow marathon pace each time I run.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep running as long as possible.
Ran alone. church plus mailbox at the end.
Cablela loop alone. Total time 41:36.2 pace 13:18/mi

Ran the Draper canal trail again with Brynn. This time it felft great, turnaround point came sooner than anticipated. Total time 1:05:05 12:38/mi Mile 1-11:43 Mile 2-12:29 Mile 3-12 12:38 Mile 4 13:05 Mile 5 12:51
I ran the Shamrock fun run with MRTT. Total time 1:17:51 12:30/mi.
