COMPLETED six marathons
Short-Term Running Goals:
Trying to get out of slow marathon pace each time I run.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep running as long as possible.
Cabela's loop after a long run yesterday. The outlets hill is much easier. Still walked Triumph and half of Chapel Ridge. Mile 1-10:19, Mile 2- 13:49, Mile 3-13:40.
I remembered cool down and planks, plank is up to two minutes.
