| Launchteam canyon run in Emigration Canyon today. Jaymison was in St. George, so I used this as a personal run to prepare for the race. I was grateful for the breaks at 2.5, 5, 7.5 and the stop light at 9. I also was grateful for the porta john between water breaks. I felt good about finishing. It was definitely a challenge, but my Garmin and phone died so I don't know how fast I went. The coach that finished after me had an overall time of 1hour 46 minutes. So I was faster than that, :) Here are the mile times my Garmin recorded before losing power.
