It was HARD but I finished. The long run of the week was 8 miles. I completed it in 1:57:05 at an average 14:37/mi pace. Mile 1-16:01, mile 2-13:01, mile 3-13:50, mile 4-15:09, mile 5-13:47, mile 6-16:11, mile 7- 14:13, and the final mile8-14:45. I was so glad to have that workout over. I am also grateful to have connected with the Eastmonds which motivated me to jog an incline I probably would have walked otherwise.
