COMPLETED six marathons
Short-Term Running Goals:
Trying to get out of slow marathon pace each time I run.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep running as long as possible.
First training run for the half. 6.01 mi in 1:16:51. My pace was 12:47/mi after taking 2 minute walk breaks after 3 miles. It was an OKAY run, didn't hurt but not great.
