| Ran the Cabelas loop with my girls for spring break. Very windy. Had to add walk breaks after first mile to keep the group together. Hope to make runners of them. Was able to complete first mile in 10:45.

| It was windy as usual, but I was able to complete the Cabela's loop walking only the hill at triumph and by the elementary school.

| Run the Suncrest downhill with the MRTT group again. It was cold enough to see our breath at the top and maybe that's what helped me run faster. The end came sooner than expected which was a good thing. Maybe I'm getting better...that's the goal anyway.
